The documentary investigates the themes of education and language through the thoughts and journey of Cosimo Lupo and Vito Longo, founders and directors of Scuola Mohole. The images, shot through a single day of filming, alternate between scenes of daily life inside the school during "Nothing Day" and Cosimo and Vito's interview. The discussion, intimate and spontaneous, sees the two directors discuss topics such as didactics, narrative, constructive dialogue and argumentative complexity, as well as the innovation of communication tools and the future of education.
The spillover of the school founders' philosophy at this day-long event is returned through the students' multidisciplinary projects, representing the creative avant-garde and forms of language.

The documentary aims to restore the centrality of attention to body language, physicality, and exertion. The man at the center, in this sense, is recalled by the knowledge one has of one's physique, its limitations, and the attention given to it. This is what the documentary investigates: the motion of the body as a tool for discovering the world, for communicating, ancient but innovative at the same time, in a world in which globalization is taken for granted.
Stefano Gregoretti, ultrarunner, adventurer and sportsman, tells about himself and his relationship with body motion during a workout in Val Ferret, through spontaneous handheld camera images. The footage observes the intimacy of training and its rituals, alternated by the telling of experiences accessible only through direct contact.

The documentary takes an intimate and natural look at a typical day in the life of a family in which art takes on different facets while creating a pretext for unique contact among its various members. Accompanying us in the warmth of this family is Simone Bonetta, better known by the pseudonym B.Simo, a dad and artist who contributes to coloring the walls of Brianza and beyond.
A glimpse of life, a reflection on the contribution and spillover of art as much in the social sphere as within the walls of the home, through a practice over the years that has been much discussed and that has needed to "scramble" to carve out a well-deserved spotlight in the art scene: street art. The footage immerses itself in the work, family relationships and daily life of Simone, his wife Didi and their three children, up to the collective creation of a mural that has the desire to call passersby back to the reality of life.
The event is sponsored by the City of Milan and Assintel
