Ottavio Maria Campigli

Ottavio ricopre il ruolo di Equity Partner & Founder di W Executive e ha maturato un’esperienza decennale nell’Executive Search, in cui ha ricoperto i ruoli di Manager della divisione Sales, Marketing & Retail di Page Group e poi Partner di Badenoch+Clark Executive, dove ha contribuito alla crescita della branch italiana. Ottavio è Advisor di fiducia di alcuni importanti fondi d’investimento, specialmente VC e delle scaleUps italiane e straniere più promettenti. Allo stesso modo, è molto attivo nei progetti di Digital Trasformation e Innovation presso PMI e multinazionali di settori tradizionali. Ottavio collabora con l’Università Bocconi ricoprendo la carica di Topic Leader People & Organization, ed è Mentor presso Endeavor, Founder Institute, Mentor4u e presso l’Entrepreneurial Lab dell’Istituto Marangoni. Dal 2022 è stato invitato a far parte dell’Advisory Commitee della startup emergente X-Port. Laurea in Management ed Executive MBA in SDA Bocconi con lettera di menzione al merito, Ottavio ha studiato all’estero presso la University of Wisconsin e la LSE – PKU Summer School a Pechino. Ottavio è appassionato di cinema e gioca a tennis.

Ottavio is Equity Partner & Founder of W Executive and has a decade of experience in Executive Search, where he held the roles of Manager of the Sales, Marketing & Retail division of Page Group and then Partner of Badenoch+Clark Executive, where he contributed to the growth of the Italian branch. Ottavio is a trusted Advisor to some important investment funds, especially VCs and the most promising Italian and foreign scaleUps. Likewise, he is very active in Digital Transformation and Innovation projects at SMEs and multinationals in traditional sectors. Ottavio collaborates with Bocconi University holding the position of Topic Leader People & Organisation, and is Mentor at Endeavor, Founder Institute, Mentor4u and at the Entrepreneurial Lab of Istituto Marangoni. Since 2022 he has been invited to join the Advisory Committee of the emerging startup X-Port. With a degree in Management and an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi with a letter of merit, Ottavio studied abroad at the University of Wisconsin and LSE – PKU Summer School in Beijing and he is also passionate about cinema and plays tennis.
