Veronica Rocca

Sono Veronica Rocca, Friulana d’origine e Romana d’adozione. Dopo aver studiato scienze infermieristiche all’Università La Sapienza di Roma ho sentito la vocazione per il mondo del beauty e della skincare, passando così anni a studiare estetica ed estetica medica tra l’accademia (3 anni) e il master all’Università di TorVergata (1 anno) conclusi entrambi con il massimo dei voti.
La naturale conseguenza di questi risultati è stata la possibilità di praticare per anni in diversi centri estetici e collaborare con alcuni dei migliori chirurghi plastici e medici estetici internazionali. Grazie a tutto ciò, ho avuto la possibilità di andare in profondità sull’origine dei così detti “inestetesmi estetici del viso” e mettere a punto sperimentando a lungo i miei protocolli di auto massaggi ed esercizi porpriocettivi indispensabili per il ringiovanimento del viso in linea con la propria natura.
Nasce così il FaceTraining®, un mondo all’interno del quale, elaboro dei veri e propri percorsi di “allenamento” della muscolatura del viso da inserire nelle propria quotidianità.
L’obiettivo del FaceTraining® è insegnare alle persone ad amarsi e a concedersi momenti per il loro benessere, aiutandole a migliorare loro stesse fuori e dentro, per guardarsi allo specchio con indulgenza e riconoscersi padrone della propria vita e della propria bellezza.

I am Veronica Rocca, Friulian by origin and Roman by adoption. After studying nursing sciences at the University La Sapienza of Rome I felt the vocation for the world of beauty and skincare, thus spending years studying aesthetics and medical aesthetics between the academy (3 years) and the master at the University of TorVergata (1 year) both concluded with top marks.
The natural consequence of these achievements was the opportunity to practice for years in different aesthetic centers and collaborate with some of the best international plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians. Thanks to all this, I had the opportunity to go deep into the origin of the so-called “facial aesthetic blemishes” and fine-tune by experimenting for a long time my protocols of self-massage and porprioceptive exercises essential for facial rejuvenation in line with one’s nature.
Thus was born FaceTraining®, a world within which, I develop real “training” paths for the muscles of the face to be included in one’s daily routine.
The goal of FaceTraining® is to teach people to love themselves and give themselves moments for their well-being, helping them to improve themselves outside and inside, to look at themselves in the mirror indulgently and recognize themselves as the masters of their own lives and beauty.
