I have been working in the events and public relations industry for more than a decade. In 2014 with my twin brother Nicola we founded 24PR & EVENTS, an agency that deals with event organization and public relations. In 2017 we participated in the founding of the Isola Design District, the official territorial marketing project of Milan Design Week, and in 2019 we join the Digital Innovation Days company and become its owner in 2020.
NICOLA NICOLETTI

Born in 1984, he has been working in the events and public relations industry for more than a decade. PROJECT MANAGER
A well-rounded project manager. She pays attention to every single detail and is constantly making sure that the whole team is moving forward on schedule. Outside of work life, she is an amazing person-she can always surprise you. Her particular hallmark? The tone of her voice, to be the envy of the world's best opera singers.
SARA SOZZINI
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
All the beautiful illustrations and graphics you see are the result of her creativity and skill. Despite her young age, she has a technical background that is the envy of many graphic designers more experienced than her, making her an absolute asset to our team.
Despite her shyness, our Sara has character to spare and is always ready to put herself out there to tackle the vast amount of graphics she has to create every day. Her strong point? Definitely sweetness; she always manages to bring a smile to everyone's face with her manner!
LUCREZIA MESSINA
MEDIA RELATION
Genoese by birth and Milanese by adoption. Graduated in Communication Design and in Public and Corporate Communication, since 2018 I have been working as a Digital Specialist in 24 Pr & Events. From 2019 I join the Digital Innovation Days project, taking care of relations and coordination of Media Partners and Sponsors.
ALESSANDRA RIBOLDI
EVENT CONTENT STRATEGIST/MANAGER
After a bachelor's degree in languages and a diploma in Japanese language and culture, he began his career path in Japanese multinationals such as JTB and Honda. For 5 years she worked in the Expo 2015 organization, first in the Corporate Partners & Sponsor division, then in Marketing as International Promotion Account in the markets of Japan, Australia and Argentina. Since 2016 he has been working as a freelancer and collaborating with different realities supporting them in the setting and development of marketing strategies and the realization of events, both B2B and B2C.
ALBI HOXA
HEAD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS & COMMUNICATION
A freestyle career between B2B and Institutions; Albi is in charge of Institutional Relations and Communications. He cooperates with companies, startups and research centers taking care of communication and relations with stakeholders, facilitating the development of digital transformation projects and CSR strategies. He reads, writes and loves Milan.

Stefano Saladino
HEAD OF CONTENT STRATEGY
Word on the street is that I am an entrepreneur, trainer and consultant; I prefer to call myself a true content addict. I have been compulsively creating content for more than 20 years, with a special commitment to the world of digital, marketing and communications.
I founded Mashub Ltd. to meet the needs of businesses, make them perform better in the market and help them in a process of economic and digital innovation. Constantly putting myself out there, I gave birth to the pioneering Digital Festival, which in an era of abrupt change has turned into two projects: Rinascita Digitale®, a free platform created in March 2020 as an aggregate of people and content, and SkillDoers®. More recently created, SkillDoers® is an accessible and innovative digital platform of soft skills courses.
In addition to being CEO and project manager, I also enjoy being a speaker, moderator, and scientific curator because I believe that knowledge and information of depth must be disseminated and nurtured in digital, physical, or hybrid occasions such as, for example, Digital Innovation Days.

Since way back in 2003 in the fascinating world of communication. From Politics to Innovation, via events, business, PA, a river of words and stories. In between, a Doctorate in Cultural Heritage Communication, a Master's degree in Political, Institutional and Electoral Communication, and one in Social Media and Digital Marketing. I have been involved in digital communication and information for almost fifteen years and have worked as a consultant for public and private entities. For the past five years I have been with COMMED I A, an ICT agency that operates throughout the country. For the past four years, in various forms, in the large Didays family.
