Tommaso Valente is the CEO and co-founder of Mirror, a Digital Interactive Agency with headquarters in Florence, Milan, and Paris.
Since founding the company in 2011, he has been driven by the vision of inspiring brands beyond digital innovation, creating impactful and goal-oriented experiences.
Thanks to his vision, Mirror has developed an agile, fully in-house approach that enables close collaboration with brands and the ability to explore innovative perspectives outside their comfort zones, always grounded in reliable data and measurable results. The agency operates across industries such as automotive, fashion, luxury, and advanced R&D, with a growing focus on AI-driven projects and cutting-edge technologies designed to shape the future of brand interaction. Today, Tommaso leads a team of 100+ professionals committed to pushing the boundaries of digital innovation.
Before establishing Mirror, Tommaso built extensive experience as a director of commercials and documentaries for both national and international productions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Florence and a Master’s degree in Director of Photography from IED.
