By signing this agreement, Premium Digital Marketing Italia (hereafter PDMI), the company that owns and organizes Digital Innovation Days (hereafter DIDAYS), grants the qualification of Speaker of the event free of charge. By reading the following notice, the interested party acknowledges and accepts its content in its entirety.

Speaker's Permissions

Art. 1 The Speaker authorizes PDMI to use his/her name, image, including photographs, and personal and/or professional biographical data for commercial and/or advertising purposes in connection with the promotion of the Event even beyond the end of this Contract.

Art. 2 The Speaker authorizes PDMI to use the logo of the Company he/she works for alongside his/her name and image for advertising purposes.

Art. 3 The Speaker grants PDMI permission to record, reproduce, and/or transmit audio and/or video of his or her activity as a speaker and of the Speech, provided that PDMI's use for informational, promotional, or advertising purposes of such recordings, reproductions, or transmissions shall be limited to activities permitted by law, even beyond the end of this Agreement.

Art. 4 The Speaker authorizes PDMI to use, from the Effective Date for informational, promotional, and advertising purposes, the audio and/or image of his/her activity as Speaker, including for commercial purposes, including, for example, selling the video of the Event on the DIDAYS website or other platforms. 

Art. 5 The Speaker grants PDMI permission to photocopy and distribute the Speech presentation, including printed matter and any related materials during the same.

Art. 6 The Speaker warrants and represents that the Speech and related material will be factually accurate and will not contain anything liable to libel and/or otherwise illegal.

Item 7 The Speaker represents and warrants that the content of the Speech and/or related materials will be:

• Speaker's own original work, or available for use without any necessary permission because it is in the public domain
• presented with the permission of the author/owner of the material, or deemed to be within the "fair use" exemption of copyright which includes use for purposes of criticism, news, commentary, teaching and research, if the materials used in the presentation and/or the content of the Speech are not the original work of the Speaker or in the public domain

Article 8 Any publicity activities related to the Event and Speaker's participation in the Event, by means of posters, newspapers, radio, television, Internet sites, social networks, or any other means, shall be at the sole discretion of PDMI.

Art. 9 The Speaker agrees to publicize his presence at the Event through his own social channels and/or those of the Company.

Item 10 The Speaker represents and warrants that he/she has informed the Company of the arrangements made with the organization regarding his/her participation in the Event as a speaker as well as the Speech and that the Company has accepted and authorized the performance and content of the Speech.

Art. 11 The Speaker shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claim and/or action, on any grounds whatsoever, including indemnification, of its own or which the Company may take against the Organizer arising out of the Event and/or the Speech.

Art. 12 The organization for any reason whatsoever, may decide to cancel or significantly change the event from what was originally planned and indicated in the illustrative and descriptive material however delivered, and/or in any case from what was indicated to the Speaker (also with regard to, for example, the location and/or date of the Event), without some possibility of compensation for damages by the speaker or the company.
