2022
Human for future
Human capital, seen as a set of knowledge, skills, abilities, and individual emotions was and is at the center of an innovation process that sees humanistic knowledge and scientific knowledge, emotions and technology no longer in antithesis but protagonists of a New Humanism. It was both an in-presence and digital edition to create a perfect parallel with everyday reality.
2021
Human Capital: drive for innovation
During Covid-19, technology helped people deal with the emergency in an extraordinary way: e-commerce and smart working are just some of the examples of how innovation has profoundly changed our ability to respond to an event of such magnitude. This is the year we introduced our pillars to a world that puts human beings and their capabilities at the center, and that sees in technology, innovation, sustainability and in-formation its supporting pillars.
2020
From lockdown to restart
An'all-digital edition, where we went to discover the most "virtuous" companies during the long lockdown phase, between those who took advantage of the situation and those who instead had to reinvent themselves by accelerating the digitization process between new trends and the needs of businesses to restart. An excursion among best practices to implement in the future as well and where to improve for social and professional impact.
2019
Technological innovation and the big players
Snapchat, Facebook, Microsoft, Barilla, Lazada (Alibaba Group): these are just a few of the big players who took the stage at Digital innovation days in 2019, the year when the social dynamics and all the opportunities of new technologies presented at DIDAYS by top speakers from the Italian and international scene.
