Training through gamification: a difficult game, especially today when it would seem that "everyone plays."
But is this then true? How do they play, with what and why?
Can we transfer the typical principles and dynamics of gaming to a corporate context to structure management training?
In this workshop you will touch on what it means to engage, motivate and amaze in a serious context such as the corporate one, using the dynamics of gamification!
Starting with the basics of gamification, with Grifo Multimedia you will explore the motivational levers behind playful learning and discover what types of gamers and learners we are.
Through small playful activities, you will be guided to an initial exploration of the potential of gamification so that you can then apply it in your own context.

Game4Skill, GrifoMultimedia's multifaceted tool for creating gamification initiatives and engaging experiences in multiple application areas, will be introduced. Game4Skill is a gamification platform that uses mechanics and dynamics specific to video games-such as missions, scores, badges and leaderboards-and through profiling tools, self-assessments and skills analysis, allows users to propose training paths and activities in an automated manner.
