In the Community we attract and retain customers thanks to themes, experiences and events that know how to entertain them, be useful to them and stimulate their desire to do. The human dimension of relationships, the sharing of unique moments, and conversations about topics they are passionate about are important drivers of loyalty and purchase for us.
