With degrees from Milan Polytechnic and MIT cum laude, Elisa was one of the people responsible for starting the Analytics practice at McKinsey. She worked 2 years in Silicon Valley for a boutique consulting firm focused on Machine Learning. She eventually started Futurely, a 2021 incorporated startup that focuses on school and career guidance accompanying more than 20k kids/youth.
