Tommaso has got over 20 years of experience in various industries with a focus on Innovation and Technology. In 2005 he moved to New York City to manage the technical systems for the US operations of Lendlease. In 2008 he started his entrepreneurial career. Since 2019 he is CTO for Lendlease. In 2020 he has coordinated the development of the Federated Innovation model and in 2021 has been elected President of Federated Innovation Network.
