DIGITAL INNOVATION DAYS 2022: At the press conference, a lively and topical panel discussion contextualizes the focus of the "Human for Future" event.

Milan, MADE - Competence Center, Oct. 11, 2022: Event organizers Giulio Nicoletti and Nicola Nicoletti chose a place symbolic of innovation, technology transfer and applied research to host the press conference officially announcing DIGITAL INNOVATION DAYS 2022, an event sponsored by the City of Milan.

Unusual is the round table format for a press conference, but it is in the spirit of the event to always share and network, so much so that the opportunity to have five among the event's speakers ready to reveal a juicy first of their speech could not be missed.  

Edited by Nicola Neri, CEO of Ipsos, an overview of the scenario in which we move, in which the Ipsos data shows some concern about Covid, war and the social, economic and environmental consequences. Nor can we ignore people's stress levels, which differ by population, but are still noteworthy for the brands that drive our consumption, for those who manage our savings, for the companies where we work, and for those who have to make decisions at the national and global level. 

It's Esther Intile 's turn, Head of Employer Branding at Enel Group, to drop these less than reassuring data into working reality, but they are an opportunity for companies to rethink methods and strategies for effective employer branding. Proud to work in a company, ENEL, in which people are at the center, Esther stresses that the organization within a company is made up of connections between human beings, rather than Human Resources in the now past and traditional sense of the term. 

Also on the same wavelength is Fabio Padoan, CEO and Chief Strategy & Creative Officer of Together who speaks of New Humanism, of innovation as man's ability to move in a rapidly changing context and to change to be happier... simply, or almost!

Contributing remotely, Bianca Arrighini, Co-Founder & CEO of Factanza, draws attention to the need to embark on a path of digital training and transformation in order to be able to understand and meet the needs of the new generations, as well as bridge the communication and cultural gap that cannot be underestimated. 

All agreeing then to see innovation as an opportunity, the participants finally become fascinated by the provocations of Andrea Concas, Founder & CEO of Art Rights, who tells of new unknown and virtual spaces where we landed during the pandemic but in which we seem to want to stay. Digital assets, intangibles, NFT, ... these are also opportunities for many companies!
